All full paper submissions will also be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. The full paper submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.

All accepted papers will also be published in International Proceedings of  Computer Science and Information Technology (IPCSIT),ISSN: 2010-460X, Indexed by: CNKI, EBSCO, DOAJ, WorldCat, Google Scholar, Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, Crossref, ProQuest,and Engineering & Technology Digital Library

We will select and recommend 5 excellent papers to publish in International Journal of Computer Theory and Engineering (IJCTE), ISSN: 1793-8201, Indexed by Electronic Journals Library, EBSCO, Engineering & Technology Digital Library, Google Scholar, INSPEC, Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, Crossref, ProQuest,  WorldCat, and EI (INSPEC, IET).
