* At least one author of each paper is required to register and do the presentation at the conference. The author will pay the registration fee and the publishing fee, in order to finish the registration. One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only one journal or proceeding book, only the first author can register at additional paper price if he has registered his 1st paper.
 
** One regular publishing fee can cover a paper within 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
